Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

TROLL TOURS HARLEY TRIKE AND MOTORBIKE TOURS:
Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee.

TOUR CONDITIONS: “TROLL TOURS” reserve the right to alter or modify itinerary if prevailing weather, road conditions or adverse conditions require such change.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
